Burn

This world has been burning for a while and now are catching up. I think we had a long time coming to this tipping point and I am unsure whether this situation we are in, will escalate or be silenced once more. I think that the world will change in the next couple of years.

Historically speaking, after humans of mid to low classes have had enough, they start a riot and burn everything to the ground. And rightfully so. I think we are approaching another cycle of that mass revolution because people had enough of lies, manipulation, blood and suffering all around the globe. If you think about it, we have been in a constant cycle of death, debt and grief for so many years now. I think it’s time the capitalism ends and true unity ascends.

Let’s zoom in for a moment. Someone said to me today that protestors should not loot luxury brand stores or local caffes. And I agree for local, small business. But as for luxury brands? I disagree. I think they are one of the symbols of inequality. Because buying luxury items is only reserved for rich people. Rich people = politicians, businessmen, ruling class, elites. So, all of them are representing a system that benefits only them. So, I wouldn’t cry for broken windows and looted stores of luxury brands. I would cry for inequality, forced poverty and suffering many people experience, because someone out there who is rich beyond their means, wants to get even richer by increasing prices, prolonging the suffering, cutting basic social benefits.

So, spare me the widespread cry out for your capitalistic brands who also exploit people and kids for the lowest wages possible, in order to get you a super expensive peace of decaying fabric. We need human power again, we need unity, we need solidarity and empathy. We don’t need more division. We need more humanity. BUT (and here comes one big ass BUT) we will hardly reach the united fight for better future, because of the hate they installed in us; we hate each other more than we hate the system. The same theory applies to certain women who are neck deep into internalized misogyny, hence a very slow result of the equal rights fight. These kinds of people benefit from division, pain and constant struggle by standing with the oppressors. They are the ones who will fight tooth and nail to remain a beneficiary of the sick system.

But the world will change, nevertheless. With or without them. May this civilization collapse. I have nothing against it.
